Keeping my mind active through meditation

Meditation is an important part of the beginning of each day. I think deeply about what I want to give to the world.

Those introspective thoughts allow me to connect to my truest self and own the person that I am. When I pay attention to the real me, I am able to circumvent all the external influences that try to mislead me.

During each work day, I take several moments to breathe deeply. I clear my mind and relax.

Today, I treasure my mind as the source of the richness in my life. My commitment is to take care of my mental health so I am able to achieve overall wellness.
